If you're a full edition customer, contact Moonwalk Support, being sure to provide the relevant details of your problem as detailed at the back of the Administration Guide. Please don't forget to include your serial number so we can verify your support entitlement and avoid any delays.

Moonwalk Starter Edition is a free product - it does not include free support. However, official support may be purchased on a per-issue basis. Or you can simply upgrade to one of the full edition products (which all include support entitlements).
